About Our Policy

We know your time is valuable, and ours is too. Out of respect for our staff and our other clients, we ask that you give us at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel an appointment. If you are 15 minutes or later to your appointment, it will be considered a no-show. As of April 1st, 2024, at the stylists discretion, we will be requiring deposits on certain services. A 45% non-refundable deposit will be taken and will be applied to your total bill on the day of your service. Any services that are not held with a deposit, will instead, need to be held with a credit card number. If those appointments are cancelled within 48 hours, or no-showed, the card on file will be charged a 50% cancellation fee.
